SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
BYS Store currently primarily ships to addresses within the United States.
Available shipping destinations will be displayed at checkout. If your address cannot be selected during checkout, we may not currently ship to that location.
SHIPPING COST
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on eligible orders shipped within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.
During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays or unexpected supply disruptions, processing may take longer.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
After processing, estimated delivery is generally 7–15 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, fulfillment location, carrier operations and other circumstances.
ORDER TRACKING
When tracking information is available, customers may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.
Please allow reasonable time for tracking information to update after shipment.
In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed by the shipping carrier.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.
Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, supply interruptions, high order volumes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we are unable to ship an order within the promised shipping timeframe, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable law.
Where required, customers will be notified of the delay and provided the option to consent to the revised shipping timeframe or cancel the affected unshipped order for a refund.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
BYS Store is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
LOST, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order after delivery.

Please include your order details and, where reasonably requested, photographs or videos showing the issue.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier where appropriate.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages.
Products within the same order may arrive at different times and may have separate tracking information.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT PROCESSING

Any applicable charges or responsibilities will be handled or disclosed in accordance with applicable law and the information presented during checkout.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment or shipment, cancellation may not be possible.
If an eligible unshipped order is cancelled, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
