Refund policy
10-Day Return & Refund Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at storequeryasking@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include photos or videos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
